St. Marys Church
We are the Church in Wales, a part of the Anglican Communion here in Treuddyn. The Church is in the local Deanery of Mold, with our “sister Church” of St. Mary, Nercwys. We are within the Archdeaconery of Wrexham, in the Diocese of St.Asaph.
There are many sites available which give valuable information about our Church – try checking out the links from the Church in Wales website. There is also a recently-revised Guide Book, available in Church.
We are here primarily to witness to the joyful worship of God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, and to that end we hold services of Holy Eucharist on Sundays at 9.30am. Occasionally the Sunday Service takes a different form, and there may be mid-week services; this is always noted in advance in the Treuddyn News, or by contact with numbers listed below. Everyone can be sure of a warm welcome – come along to the 9.30am on Sundays and join our worship!
An Easter Message from the Vicarage…..
Churches and Chapels everywhere are once again celebrating the lead-up to Easter, remembering the life, death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. The message is one of joy and hope, and hopefully it coincides with love, joy, and hope in our everyday lives. Let’s push away the gloom and despondency of the media around us, and celebrate Jesus and his eternal care for each one of us. Alleluia, He is Risen! Be joyful in the Lord! Please try to join us in Church and Chapel, before, during and after this Holy Season of Easter, as we worship God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
