About Treuddyn

Treuddyn is a small rural village in Flintshire, North Wales  situated on the  A5104 road which links through to Llangollen, Corwen, Bala and the Snowdonia National Park to the west and Chester and Cheshire to the east.

Historically it is a farming and mining community and now is largely a commuter village with a population of about 1500.  Major local towns are Mold (4 miles), Wrexham (7 miles) and the City of Chester (13 miles).

Although close to the Welsh/English border Treuddyn is very proud of its Welsh identity. This site is bilingual and at the top of each page there is an option to read it in either Welsh (Cymraeg) or English. You can switch between languages at any point.
