British Legion

Remembrance is not just about those who fought in two World Wars of the last century, but also those involved in the many other conflicts worldwide since 1945 and those still fighting for peace and freedom now.

It is also about learning from the past and resolving to make the world a better place to live in the future.

Each year we attend the Remembrance service at St. Mary’s Church followed by an Act of Remembrance at the village Cenotaph.

Treuddyn branch of the British Legion needs support to keep the branch active. Anyone who is interested can become an associate member and that would allow us to continue and be active at Remembrance Sunday and to continue the Poppy collection.
