Subsidence Terrig Bridge Nercwys Road

Traffic lights by the Terrig bridge, Nercwys Road

This stretch of the road has been reduced to a single carriage way because of subsidence.

It will be an extensive and costly job to rectify and make take two or three months as the programme of works will have to be assessed, surveyed, costed and then carried out.

This may involve road closures but at present Flintshire County Council have put traffic lights onĀ  the bridge as a solution to keep the road, an important spine route linking the village of Treuddyn, open.
