Wild about Mold is an exciting new project in Mold and the surrounding villages along the Alyn and Wheeler river valleys, including Rhydymwyn, Hendre, Nannerch and Afon-wen.

We want to create a network of pedestrian-friendly routes, rich in wildlife and accessible to all. Along and around this network there will be community-run growing areas, colourful green space and plenty of events for you to join in with.

We aim to create a real Living Landscape within and beyond the town!
